Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a direct hire outpatient opportunity in Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for a patient-focused PT who enjoys providing individualized care, hands-on treatment, and education that helps patients improve movement, reduce pain, and regain function.

The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse outpatient population experiencing musculoskeletal injuries, mobility limitations, balance concerns, and functional impairments. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including movement analysis, medical history review, symptom assessment, and functional testing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on pain reduction, strength, mobility, balance, and functional improvement.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based interventions for musculoskeletal conditions.
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, recovery strategies, wellness goals, and effective home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document care accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with patients to establish realistic recovery goals and support positive long-term outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Work location: In person in Philadelphia, PA.
