What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN L&D position at All’s Well?
Provide care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
Perform maternal/fetal assessments and monitor labor progress
Circulate C-sections and manage recovery care
Support newborn transition and couplet care
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain documentation
Manage triage and prioritize patient care
Charge Nurse Duties (as needed):
Assign patients based on acuity and staff competency
Support and guide staff, adjust assignments, and escalate concerns
Ensure safe, compliant, patient-centered care
