What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Education Specialist (Remote – U.S.) position at All’s Well?
We’re hiring a Nursing Education Specialist to join a growing team focused on developing high-quality, evidence-based nursing education content. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced RN with a strong background in prelicensure nursing education and clinical practice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and update nursing education content including assessment items, tutorials, and simulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development
- Participate in item review sessions with subject matter experts
- Conduct research, literature reviews, and ensure content aligns with current clinical standards
- Support training and coordination of contributors, and assist with QA/testing before release
Job Type: Long-Term Contractor - Fully Remote
Hours per Week: 20 (Mon-Fri | 9am-5pm)
Pay: $43-45 Hourly
What we’re looking for:
- MSN active RN license required
- 5 years as a prelicensure nursing faculty member (teaching both theory & clinical)
- 3 years of hands-on clinical nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of nursing curricula, NCSBN standards, and test blueprinting
- Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following:
Maternal Newborn (MN)
Pediatrics (Peds)
Mental Health (MH)
- Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
