Provides exceptional support to all Team Members. The HRIS Payroll Analyst is responsible for providing functional and technical support of the Dayforce HCM application as well as all aspects of processing bi-weekly payroll. The HRIS Payroll Analyst is part of the Payroll and Benefits team and as such, will serve as back-up to our Benefits Specialist. The HRIS Payroll Analyst reports to the Payroll and Benefits Manager.The following responsibilities outline critical aspects of the HRIS Payroll Analyst position. The Payroll and Benefits Manager may alter these responsibilities and their priority. Optimizes all Aspects of our HCM, Dayforce and Provides End User Support o Creates, maintains, troubleshoots and optimizes Dayforce, including but not limited to workflows, forms, roles, guided processes, onboarding processes, etc. o Creates and maintains ad hoc reports and dash boards to assist in meeting business goals including headcount, turnover, retention, performance, compensation and benefits.Processes Bi-Weekly Payroll and Payroll Related Activities Accurately and Timely o Provides timely and accurate responses to all inquiries that come into the Payroll email box and phone queue. o Utilizes Dayforce and Excel to analyze payroll data, generate reports and perform complex calculations. o Creates Dayforce payroll import files. o Reconciles Dayforce payroll errors independently.Tracks and Updates Compensation for the Field Managers and Support Center Team Members o Maintains compensation tracking for the field managers and support center team members. Ensures Compliance with Payroll Laws, Regulations and Company Policies Creates, maintains, troubleshoots and optimizes Dayforce, including but not limited to workflows, forms, roles, guided processes, onboarding processes, etc. o Remains current on all applicable state, federal and local payroll laws and regulations and ensures compliance. o Attends HR and Payroll trainings to stay current on best practices and ensures Crews compliance with law changes. o Completes full I-9 audit semi-annually.
