Position Overview
The HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure efficient HR operations. This position involves analyzing HR data, supporting payroll processes, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of HR functions through technology and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to streamline processes and resolve issues related to HRIS and payroll functions.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HRIS and related applications.
- Implement and manage system upgrades and enhancements to improve HRIS functionality.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of HRIS modules, specifically in Dayforce and HCM.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and human capital management (HCM) principles.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
