Your Role: Intake Coordinator
Pay: $20.99/hour
Your Toolkit Should Include
- Scheduling intake appointments with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinating referrals and verifying Medi-Cal eligibility
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Communicating with clients, families, and referring parties
- Supporting agency operations with professionalism and heart
- Bilingual Spanish speaker (¡Sí, se puede!)
- AA degree in Social Services or 3 years of related experience
- Stellar communication skills-both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy with typing, word processing, and data entry skills
- Experience working with children and families (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, collaborative environment
