Position: Community Engagement Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25/Hour
Work Location: Lake Forest (20 hours) and San Juan Capistrano (20 hours)

Position: Community Engagement Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Lake Forest (20 hours) and San Juan Capistrano (20 hours)
Your Superpowers Include
- Building trust with families and connecting them to preventative services and community resources
- Conducting outreach through phone, text, email, mail, and in-person engagement
- Assessing family needs and supporting successful service enrollment
- Collaborating with Family Resource Center staff, CMTs, and community partners
- Tracking outreach efforts, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing data entry
- Supporting trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive services
- Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and positive community relationships
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed to support families and program goals
- An Associate's degree or sixty (60) college units in Human Services or a related field and 1 year of direct service experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities; or 3 years of direct service experience, including 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in English and bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese or Spanish (based on community needs) is required
- Knowledge of public and private social service agencies, community resources, and Federal and State assistance programs
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills
- A passion for serving and supporting diverse communities through high-quality client services
