Your Role: FSP Therapist
Pay: $70,000 - $76,000
- Licensed Therapist: $76,000
- Bilingual Stipend: $5,000
- Intensive Program: $3,000
Your Toolkit Should Include
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active California license (AMFT, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist)
- Valid CA driver's license
- Experience with emotionally disturbed youth and case management preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Clinical expertise in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse families
- Crisis intervention skills and a calm presence under pressure
- Commitment to documentation excellence and ethical standards
- Passion for equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care
