The Treasury Assistant supports the day-to-day treasury and banking operations of ALKEME by assisting with payment processing, banking administration, account maintenance, financial documentation, and treasury projects. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, HR, agency leadership, and banking institutions to ensure efficient treasury operations and strong financial controls.

What You’ll Do as the Commercial Assistant Account Manager
- Support daily treasury operations, banking activity, and routine treasury requests
- Prepare, process, and track ACH payments, wire transfers, Positive Pay, and payment requests
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding bank accounts, payments, and treasury processes
- Assist with bank account openings, closures, maintenance, and signer updates
- Prepare and submit banking forms and required documentation
- Maintain accurate treasury records, banking files, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
- Monitor the treasury inbox and route requests to the appropriate teams
- Support banking transitions, acquisitions, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate shipment, setup, and tracking of check scanners and banking equipment
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, HR, and agency leaders to resolve treasury requests
- Assist with audits while ensuring compliance with company policies, banking requirements, and internal controls
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in treasury, banking, accounting, finance, or administrative support preferred
- Experience with ACH transactions, wire transfers, Positive Pay, or banking platforms is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with ERP systems or financial software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Eagerness to learn treasury operations and contribute to continuous process improvement
