What You'll Do as the Employee Benefits Regional Account Manager, VP
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Employee Benefits Account Managers to achieve performance and service goals
- Drive regional retention, growth, and operational strategies to support business objectives
- Identify opportunities for client retention, cross-selling, account rounding, and new business growth
- Monitor employee benefits market trends, healthcare developments, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes
- Oversee client renewal strategies, plan performance, compliance, profitability, and service delivery
- Lead regular team and regional meetings to review performance, share insights, and align strategic initiatives
- Analyze claims, utilization, financial, and market data to support client strategies and identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of employee benefits experience, or 5 years of employee benefits experience
- Active Life & Health Insurance License required
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits plans, funding arrangements, carrier products, renewals, and regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Experience within an insurance brokerage or employee benefits consulting environment
