ALKEME Insurance is hiring dynamic and results-driven Commercial Account Managers to support Sales Executive and Account Executives and assist clients with service needs and account changes.

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to Sales/Account Executives, analyze client needs, and assist on client/prospect meetings.
- Manage policy documents by ordering, issuing, and verifying binders, certificates, endorsements, and proposals.
- Oversee billing and audits, determine invoicing methods, and coordinate corrections with carriers and clients.
- Facilitate first claims, track claim status, and handle cancellations with a focus on account retention.
- Process incoming requests, maintain accurate data in Applied EPIC, and prioritize tasks for efficient workflow.
- Stay current on industry trends, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- College degree with a minimum of 3 years insurance experience, or a minimum of 5 years insurance experience.
- Valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license required.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and markets.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to explain complex issues and interpret information.
- Must be able to pull or lift up to 15 pounds at times.
