Your impact

• Design and build: Produce tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures from engineering prints and work orders.
• Machine with confidence: Operate manual and CNC equipment—lathes, vertical mills, manual/jig grinders—to create precision components.
• Assure quality: Inspect, test, and verify tooling to meet safety and performance standards; fine-tune as needed.
• Keep lines moving: Diagnose and repair tooling issues quickly to reduce downtime.
• Maintain excellence: Perform routine PM and keep accurate records of specifications, repairs, and maintenance.
• Partner up: Work with engineering and production to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Own your space: Maintain an organized toolroom and follow all PPE and safety protocols.
  
  

What you bring

• Demonstrated Tool and Die Maker experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluency in blueprint reading, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Proficiency with machining tools (including CNC), measurement, and hand metrology.
• Sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and PPE use.
• Experience in transfer tooling, miniature retainer bearings.
  
  

Where and how you’ll work

• Environment: Active manufacturing floor; exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and temperature variation.
• Physical: Occasional walking, standing, and warehouse site visits.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday; flexibility for extended hours.
• Travel: Occasional trips for supplier visits, conferences, and inter-facility coordination.
