Production Cell Leader — Precision Machining Operations

Join Alinabal and lead a high-performing production cell focused on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role for a people-first supervisor who thrives on structure, data, and continuous improvement.

Role Highlights

• Direct daily activities of production personnel to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Align staffing and sequencing with production schedules; pivot quickly to meet changing customer requirements.
• Coach and develop team members; drive cross-training to strengthen flexibility and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and documented procedures.
• Track output, downtime, and efficiency; take action on trends using ERP/MRP data.
• Triage equipment, material, tooling, and process issues; collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve.
• Champion preventive maintenance for machines and tooling to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Lead Lean/5S and CI activities to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Conduct performance reviews and deliver ongoing feedback.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years in manufacturing, including supervisory/team-lead responsibility.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong organizational and people-development skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes; press operations or similar machinery experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and root-cause skills.
• Ability to read/interpret technical drawings, job travelers, and work instructions.
• Experience with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
• Fluency with production-tracking tools and ERP/MRP systems.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
  
  

Physical & Environmental

• Frequent walking, standing, and bending on the production floor for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting/moving of materials up to 50 lbs.
• Typical plant conditions (noise, temperature variation, dust, moving machinery); noise is usually moderate.
• PPE may be required.
