- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and attack paths
- Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures
- Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and risk
- Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
- Provide structured expert feedback that helps AI reason more accurately about enterprise security
- 2 years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
- Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
- Clear grasp of how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments
- Able to articulate complex security concepts in structured, precise written form
- Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based projects
- Experience with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or CyberArk
- Familiarity with zero-trust frameworks and modern identity security standards
- Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or security architecture
- Prior experience contributing to AI training or data annotation projects
- Work directly on frontier AI systems with top research labs
