Organization: Alignerr Position: Cloud Security Analyst Type: Contract / Task-Based Compensation: $38–$60 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

• Analyze cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify risks and failure patterns
• Review IAM, networking, storage, and container security issues
• Classify security gaps, misconfigurations, and cloud-related failures based on real-world impact
• Validate and improve AI-generated security reasoning so it reflects how cloud incidents actually unfold
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience working with cloud environments in production
• Familiarity with cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security concepts
• Experience with real-world misconfigurations and security incidents
• Ability to reason clearly about blast radius, risk exposure, and business impact
