- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Fully Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week, flexible schedule
- Analyze realistic application security scenarios spanning code, APIs, authentication flows, and system behavior
- Classify and triage vulnerabilities — from injection flaws and auth bypasses to subtle business logic issues
- Evaluate the quality of secure coding practices and proposed remediation strategies
- Create and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI how to accurately assess application risk
- Distinguish genuinely exploitable vulnerabilities from theoretical or low-impact findings
- Provide structured, clearly written security analysis that AI systems can learn from
- 2 years of hands-on experience in application, product, or software security
- Solid familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and how common vulnerabilities manifest in real production environments
- Strong instinct for real-world exploitability — you know the difference between a theoretical risk and an actual threat
- Clear, structured written communicator who can explain security reasoning logically
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on async, task-based assignments
- Experience in penetration testing, bug bounty, or secure code review
- Familiarity with threat modeling or risk-based vulnerability prioritization
- Background working across multiple tech stacks or cloud environments
- Prior involvement with AI, data labeling, or security research
- Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top-tier research labs
- Fully remote and async — work on your own schedule, from anywhere
