A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join its Cleveland office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing financial institutions, lenders, investors, and borrowers in sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions.

Ideal Background

• 3–8 years of real estate finance experience at a law firm
• Significant experience with commercial real estate lending transactions required
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, or investors preferred
• Exposure to balance sheet bank lending transactions is a plus
• Experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, guaranties, and related financing documents
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Desire for significant responsibility, client interaction, and teamwork
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
