The qualified candidate will have;
- At least five (5 ) years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- Candidate can have pertinent law firm or in house experience
- Ohio licensure in good standing, or ability to waive in
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage transactions independently while working effectively within a team
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
