We regularly partner with firms seeking attorneys with experience handling sophisticated employment matters, workplace disputes, and traditional labor issues, and we’re continuously building relationships with strong L&E attorneys who may be open to confidential conversations about current or upcoming opportunities.
The Opportunity
Associates in these roles may work on matters involving:
- Employment litigation
- Workplace investigations
- Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
- Wage & hour disputes
- Restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation
- Traditional labor and collective bargaining matters
- Employment counseling and compliance advice
These opportunities often provide substantial client contact, hands-on litigation experience, and the ability to work closely with employers ranging from regional businesses to national companies.
Ideal Background
- 3–7 years of labor & employment experience
- Experience with employment litigation and/or counseling matters
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Deposition, discovery, and motion practice experience preferred
- Experience advising employers on workplace issues is a plus
- Ohio bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
