Debt Finance / Structured Finance Associate Attorney

Aligned Talent Acquisition is currently working with several AmLaw and large national law firms seeking Debt Finance and Structured Finance Associates to join growing finance platforms in Charlotte.
These opportunities offer the ability to work on sophisticated financing transactions representing financial institutions, private credit funds, direct lenders, sponsors, and corporate borrowers within highly regarded national finance practices.
The Role
• Debt finance and leveraged finance transactions
• Structured finance and securitization matters
• Asset-based and cash flow lending transactions
• Private credit and sponsor-side finance work
• Warehouse facilities and credit facilities
• Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility
• Collaboration with sophisticated national finance teams
Ideal Background
• Approximately 3–7 years of debt finance or structured finance experience
• Experience with leveraged finance, structured finance, securitizations, private credit, syndicated lending, or secured transactions preferred
• Large law firm or sophisticated finance platform experience strongly preferred
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• North Carolina bar admission preferred or ability to waive in

Compensation
