- Provide one-on-one support to participants needing assistance with computer literacy during Career Connect sessions.
- Assist workshop facilitators with technical setup and in-session support (e.g., presentations, software, connectivity).
- Support IT staff with hardware needs, including setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Help resolve common technical issues quickly to minimize disruption during workshops.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly before and during sessions.
- Willingness to help individuals in workshop on a one-to-one basis
- Ability and eagerness to quickly learn new technologies
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issue
- General working knowledge of laptops and common digital devices
- Ability to assist with basic IT support functions
- Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to beginners
- Patience and adaptability when working with individuals of varying skill levels
