$165,000 – $225,000

A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Construction Associate Attorney to join its Tampa office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in handling sophisticated construction litigation matters for contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, and other construction industry participants.

Ideal Background

• 4 years of construction litigation experience
• Experience handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
• Experience representing contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, or design professionals preferred
• Ability to independently manage matters while working collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage an active caseload
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active Florida bar admission required
