We are seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to support and maintain modern IT environments across cloud, endpoint, network, and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including user management, security, and platform optimization.
- Provide remote technical support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Utilize RMM tools, scripting, and PowerShell to automate tasks, monitor systems, and improve operational efficiency.
- Administer and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience with network administration, including firewalls, switches, and wireless technologies.
- Experience configuring VPNs, site-to-site networking, and wireless environments.
- Familiarity with Fortinet products preferred; equivalent network technologies accepted.
- Experience with PowerShell, scripting, RMM tools, or IT automation.
- Prior exposure to VoIP systems and troubleshooting is a plus.
