- Title: Engagement Manager (SaaS/CRM)
- Location: Hybrid, Marlborough MA (2–3 days onsite) after training -- training will be full onsite for first 3 plus months
- Focus: Client success, project delivery, and account growth (post-sales relationship project management blend)
- Salary: $100k - $120k base ability to make 30k-60k in Bonus
- Acts as the main point of contact for clients after they start using the company’s system.
- Manages projects: timelines, resources, delivery.
- Builds relationships: ensures client satisfaction and continued success.
- Problem-solving: addresses issues between client needs and internal teams.
- Business growth: identifies upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Have client-facing experience (Customer Success, Account Manager, Engagement Manager).
- Understand project management or implementations (Software rollouts, CRM, ERP, SaaS projects).
- Have worked in IT Services, SaaS, Consulting, or CRM environments.
- Strong communication relationship-building skills — this role is less about coding, more about people process.
