Senior Device Integration Engineer

Senior Device Integration Engineer to support and lead the integration of clinical devices with EHR systems in a healthcare environment. This role will focus on device integration support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration related to the Masimo interface platform.

Senior Device Integration Engineer to support and lead the integration of clinical devices with EHR systems in a healthcare environment. This role will focus on device integration support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration related to the Masimo interface platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical device integration projects through implementation and support
- Troubleshoot and support integrated clinical devices and EHR interfaces
- Collaborate with EHR, Interfaces, Clinical Engineering, Infrastructure teams, and external vendors
- Manage upgrades, testing, documentation, and change management activities
- Resolve escalated technical issues and provide guidance to team members
- Participate in rotating on-call support coverage
- 5–8 years of healthcare IT or clinical systems experience
- Experience integrating clinical devices with EHR systems
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with Masimo integrations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
