You’ll play a key role in improving both the customer experience and operational efficiency by optimizing processes, integrating best-in-class tools, and leveraging automation and AI.
The Role
- Help build a best-in-class customer support experience, turning every interaction into long-term customer loyalty
- Partner with stakeholders across Membership Services, Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Identify and implement process improvements with a focus on automation, data integrity, security, and cross-system alignment
- Own and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management initiatives
- Drive projects across case management, CTI, self-service tools, customer experience, and order fulfillment logistics
- Develop clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor and support other BSAs through direct and indirect guidance
- Leverage AI tools to design, prototype, and implement intelligent workflows and automation solutions
- 5 years of experience in systems administration, business systems analysis, product management, or software development
- Strong ability to translate business processes into scalable system designs and technical requirements
- Proven success collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with CRM and support platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom), CTI tools (e.g., Aircall, Zoom Contact Center), and WFM systems
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on improving user and customer experiences
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
