The Alexander Technology group is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Technician for our client located in East Boston. Our client needs assistance in supporting various locations. You will be responsible for wiring, configuring, imaging new laptops, desktops, and tablets as well as assisting with ticket overflow from the service desk.

- Windows 10 troubleshooting and imaging experience
- Deployment experience
- On/off boarding experience
- Must have all immunizations up to date
- Must be able to get onsite in East Boston 5 Days a week
- Eagerness to learn and be highly motivated
