Director of Recruiting

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is actively seeking a Director of Recruiting to join our team in our Woburn, MA location. The individual in this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Recruiting and Sales team. The Director of Recruiting will serve as the point person in handling matters related to client management, personnel, recruiting and business development.

Responsibilities Within The Role Will Include

• Ensure team goals and objectives are met
• Establish daily recruiting priorities
• Develop and manage a local book of business
• Negotiate contracts and solutions to clients
• Monthly reviews for each team employee
• Provide other various duties as instructed by management
  
  

The Qualified Candidate Should Possess The Following

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of Agency Recruiting experience
• Proven track record of growing a sales organization
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with team members
• Strong ability and focus to work in a fast paced environment
