The individual in this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Recruiting and Sales team. The Director of Recruiting will serve as the point person in handling matters related to client management, personnel, recruiting and business development.

- Ensure team goals and objectives are met
- Establish daily recruiting priorities
- Develop and manage a local book of business
- Negotiate contracts and solutions to clients
- Monthly reviews for each team employee
- Provide other various duties as instructed by management
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of Agency Recruiting experience
- Proven track record of growing a sales organization
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with team members
- Strong ability and focus to work in a fast paced environment
