Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for our client in southern NH. In this role you will work on a small team, supporting end users as a Tier 2 escalation point. Experience working in a helpdesk or desktop role is required for this position. Prior support of Windows and Mac operating systems, understanding of conferencing software such as Teams and WebEx, and ticketing software are keys to this role.
