Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and execute private equity investments across healthcare, business services, and industrial sectors
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research
- Participate in due diligence processes, including coordination with management teams, lenders, consultants, and advisors
- Prepare investment committee materials and present findings to senior team members
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives alongside management teams
- Assist with transaction execution, financing processes, and exit planning
Ideal Background:
- 2 years of investment banking experience at a top-tier platform
- Sector experience in healthcare, business services, or industrials preferred
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skill set
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
