Qualifications:
• Experience from a top-tier real estate investment or debt fund, specifically in originations
• 4–10 years of relevant real estate finance experience (title flexible between Senior Associate and VP based on background)
• Strong underwriting, modeling, and analytical skills
• Comfort operating in a lean, high-performing team environment
• Ability to drive processes independently and communicate with senior stakeholders

What You’ll Do:
• Support the origination and execution of real estate transactions across multiple asset classes
• Lead underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and investment memo preparation
• Work closely with internal investment committees and external partners
• Take a significant role in deal structuring and negotiations
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring and asset management as needed
