- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due-diligence work on prospective investment opportunities
- Support all phases of the transaction process, including industry research, deal screening, and drafting investment committee presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, operational) to execute deal processes
- Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability
- Assist in preparing quarterly/annual reports and investment performance updates
