As a boutique investment bank focused on the Construction & Engineering sector, you'll play a key role in executing transactions from origination through closing while working directly with senior partners and clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions
- Build and review financial models, valuations, and client presentations
- Manage due diligence, coordinate advisors, and oversee transaction execution
- Develop client relationships and support business development initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
