Head of Operations – Private Credit
A growing credit investment firm is seeking a Head of Operations to lead and scale its operational infrastructure, with a strong focus on private credit strategies.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a lean team, working closely with investment, finance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end private credit loan operations (settlement, reconciliation, lifecycle)
- Oversee trades and settlements via WSO (ClearPar a plus)
- Manage cash, collateral, and fund-level reporting across credit vehicles
- Support complex transactions (direct lending, distressed, restructurings)
- Act as primary point of contact for agents, counterparties, and administrators
- Build and improve operational processes as the platform scales
Requirements
- 8 years in private credit / loan operations
- Strong experience across direct lending, mezz, or special situations
- WSO expertise required
- ClearPar and CLO exposure are strong pluses
- Solid understanding of fund reporting (Form PF, leverage, reconciliations)
