Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Sales Lead position located in Sacramento, CA. The Sales Lead will support the store team in driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Daily responsibilities will include leading sales initiatives, assisting customers, supervising team members, and fostering a responsive and collaborative team environment. The role also involves supporting staff training to enhance operational efficiency and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications

- Proven Sales experience with the ability to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Sales Management and Training expertise to supervise and develop team members.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a retail team.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
