Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead based in Friendswood, TX. In this role, the Sales Lead will oversee day-to-day store operations, support the achievement of sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. The Sales Lead will also assist in managing the sales team, train team members to enhance their performance, and ensure a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include building customer relationships and fostering a positive store culture.
