Role Description
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the ALDO store located in Newark, DE. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the individual to lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising team members, implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, monitoring store performance, and upholding company standards and policies. This role also involves coaching team members and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
