Role Description
The Sales Lead Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position will lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies and fostering a customer-first environment. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies. The Sales Lead Manager will collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences and contribute to a thriving store atmosphere.
