We’re working with a growing Moving and Relocation company in the Chicago, IL area looking to hire an Project Coordinator. This hybrid role will support IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and asset recovery projects from planning through completion.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating asset recovery and ITAD projects across customers, warehouses, transport providers and field teams.
- Scheduling labor, vehicles, equipment, site access and project activity.
- Managing customer updates, appointments and site requirements.
- Tracking assets, serial numbers, shipments and chain-of-custody documentation.
- Maintaining project files, inventories, bills of lading and final records.
- Monitoring project progress and resolving scheduling or logistics issues.
Our client is particularly interested in candidates with:
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, transportation, warehousing or operations.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident customer and internal communication skills.
- Experience using spreadsheets, databases or project management systems.
- ITAD, asset recovery or reverse logistics experience (ideal).
