We're working with an established company in the Moving and Relocation industry that is looking to recruit a Moving Revenue Processor based in the Minneapolis, MN area. The role involves supporting the accurate processing of revenue documentation and ensuring completed moves are billed correctly in line with company procedures.
To succeed in this role you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a revenue processing, billing or accountancy role within the moving and relocation industry.
- Great understanding of moving documentation, customer billing and revenue processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Confident using computer-based systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple move files accurately.
- Experience using MoversSuite (ideal).
The responsibilities of a Moving Revenue Processor include:
- Processing completed move files and preparing them for invoicing.
- Reviewing move documentation to ensure charges are accurate and complete.
- Verifying customer, shipment and billing information before processing revenue.
