We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing vision of a fast-growing fintech innovator in the institutional finance and DeFi space. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company’s brand, drive revenue growth, and play a pivotal role in taking a high-growth startup to industry-leading scale.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute a global marketing strategy that positions the company as a market leader.
• Build a differentiated brand identity through thought leadership, messaging, and integrated campaigns.
• Lead PR, partnerships, events, and co-marketing initiatives to maximize visibility and client acquisition.
• Align closely with sales, growth, and product teams to deliver measurable business impact.
• Scale a high-performing marketing function in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 8 years in marketing, with 3 years in senior leadership at high-growth tech startups.
• Proven success scaling startups and driving measurable impact on brand and revenue.
• Deep experience in B2B marketing and full understanding of institutional finance / fintech / DeFi / Crypto.
• Strong strategic vision and hands-on execution skills.
• 0-1 Experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Preference for candidates with fintech or crypto experience.

This role is fully remote in New York or Miami, USA OR in London UK, with a salary paying up to $200,000 depending on experience.
