Senior Software Engineer (AI Focused) | Technology, Information and Internet | New York| Up to £200,000 - $300,000 Equity
I’m working with a fast-scaling AI company who just raised 75M in the Series A and already working with some of the most recognisable organisations in the world. They’re building an AI-native workspace that’s changing how enterprises operate, with live deployments already proving real impact.
They’re now looking for a experienced Applied AI Engineer to join their New York team. This is a chance to work directly with a proven founding team (multiple successful exits) and play a key role in building production-ready AI systems used globally.
The Role
You’ll be hands-on working across the backend and their AI Infrastructure. You’ll help design and ship AI-powered features at scale, from multi-agent frameworks to retrieval pipelines and model fine-tuning. What They’re Looking For
- 5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Python
- Hands-on experience building AI products in production (RAG, orchestration, fine-tuning, evals a plus)

- Someone who has studied at a Russell Group or Ivy League equivalent
