Day-to-Day
- Design and scale systems that analyse large volumes of customer interactions from various platforms, surfacing insights and performance signals in real time
- Build adaptive training tools across chat, voice, and video that respond naturally to user input, creating lifelike roleplay experiences
- Craft responsive, high-speed interfaces capable of managing complex AI workflows without compromising user experience
- Support teammates through hands-on mentoring while helping shape key technical choices and long-term engineering direction
- Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, constantly evolving start-up environments
- Skilled at building and shipping complex, user-facing products from the ground up
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, especially TypeScript and Next.js
- Comfortable owning key technical decisions, leading parts of the product, mentoring teammates, and continuously learning new tools and frameworks
