The Alameda County Of?ce of Education (ACOE) Professional Advancement and Training Hub (PATH) is seeking an Ed Specialist Senior Instructional Coach to advance our mission of expanding equitable career pathways into and within education. Through accessible, low-cost credentialing programs, PATH works to build a skilled, diverse, and stable educator workforce that re?ects and serves our communities. PATH is committed to addressing critical staf?ng gaps that disproportionately impact focal student groups—particularly where existing systems and local programming fall short. We aim to redesign systems so they effectively serve students who have historically been underserved. The PATH Induction Program is hiring a Senior Instructional Coach to co-create and sustain a high-quality Education Specialist (Ed Specialist) Induction experience, including the development and support of mentors for teachers earning their clear credential. Education & Experience: Clear California Education Specialist Teaching Credential (required) Bachelor’s degree Minimum of five (5) years Pk-12 teaching experience, including progressive leadership in mentoring and/or coaching new teachers Experience designing and facilitating professional learning Experience as an induction mentor strongly preferred Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered Clearances: Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance Tuberculosis Clearance Read Job Description for a complete list of job requirements and experience required
