Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

Hold a clear California teaching credential that matches the credential pathway of the enrolled resident
Have a minimum of three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience
Be the teacher of record for the upcoming school year in one of ACOE’s participating districts
Demonstrate excellence in instructional strategies and classroom practice
Receive a recommendation from a site or district administrator
Complete and submit the Mentor Teacher Interest Form
