Pricing Strategy and Operations Manager: 26-00977

Job Summary:
Join our Volume and Scale Pricing Frameworks Team to influence strategic technology and cross-product initiatives, focusing on international expansion and change management. The role entails operational execution and process design, working closely with multiple internal teams to enhance and scale pricing capabilities. You will manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring efficient processes and effective change management within a high-stake environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational aspects of digital media product lifecycle, including SKU setup, pricing, and business strategy approvals in emerging markets.
• Coordinate and support Change Management Events by handling business cases, approval flows, and execution plans.
• Develop and standardize new pricing and release processes with Product and Engineering teams to support new system capabilities.
• Create and maintain scalable processes and tools for international expansion and cross-product monetization.
• Manage projects effectively using Workfront and Power BI, overseeing scope, milestones, and risk management while ensuring timely completion.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient with Advanced Excel and data analysis.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Industry Experience Required:

• Experience in technology or digital media industry preferred, specifically with product launch and pricing strategy.

Additional Notes:

• This position is in San Jose, CA and requires on-site work three days per week.
• The contract term is for 7 months including a 60-day probation period.
