Job Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Global Marketing organization, tasked with leading the development and execution of operational plans for complex integrated marketing campaigns. The role involves close collaboration with various global teams to ensure the delivery of omni-channel marketing initiatives aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage project lifecycles, from concept through delivery, while optimizing marketing operations and fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global brand, operations, and marketing teams to support programs and initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring creative development and campaign execution meet agreed milestones.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular status updates and project reports.
- Optimize marketing processes in partnership with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful agency management and relationship building, supporting all aspects of campaign development and deployment.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven project management expertise in a marketing context.
- Strong capabilities in digital marketing across various channels.
- Experience working with creative teams and managing agency relationships.
Prior experience in marketing or agency account management, especially in digital marketing, is required. Preference for candidates with a background in managing creative processes and campaigns.
