We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner & Vendor Program Manager to lead complex technology integrations involving digital authentication, access control, digital wallets, smart mobility, and fintech/payments. The candidate will manage strategic technology partners and vendors while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations and global product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic technology partners, hardware vendors, service providers, contracts, SLAs, vendor performance, and financial approvals.
- Lead end-to-end technical integration programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Information Security, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Develop program roadmaps, project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), risk registers, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate integrations involving hardware, firmware, mobile SDKs, digital identity, access control, and payment protocols.
- Drive partner onboarding, pilot testing, field validation, and commercial launches.
- Support digital authentication technologies, including NFC, Apple Wallet, biometric authentication, PKI, and security standards.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, governance processes, and executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
