Prolim is hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer for a leading client
Location: Maple Grove, MN
- Strong grounding in quality and continuous improvement methods, including PFMEA, 8D, 5Whys, and CAPA.
- Safety leadership in heavy industrial and high-voltage manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Catia, and manufacturing simulation/layout tools such as AutoCAD.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with lithium-ion battery integration, BESS containerization, or EV powertrains is preferred.
- Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are preferred.
- Experience with MES and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- Project management and process ownership in medium-to-high complexity manufacturing environments.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Design Engineering and Quality Engineering teams.
Salary : $45 - $50
