Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to provide functional support and drive technology solutions aligned with business strategies. The candidate will translate business needs into technical requirements, analyze costs and benefits, and serve as a liaison between business and IT. This is a replacement role covering a maternity leave and offers opportunities for learning and versatile experience within an innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Gather requirements from business units and translate them to technical teams.
- Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for system implementations.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement.
- Support complex business processes and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
- SuccessFactors certification.
- 8 years of relevant business analysis experience.
